Shipping

To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to: First Floor, E-17, Kh. No. 4/11, 5/15/2, Village Nilothi, Shiv Nagar, E-Block, New Delhi- 110041.

The cost of mailing your item back to us is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. If your return for exchange is accepted, the cost of the new product will be inclusive of the shipping charges. Shipping Policies

At Rudiments, we aim to provide you with the best shipping service across India. We strive to always respond to your queries with the utmost professionalism.

The processing of all orders takes 5 to 6 business days.

Shipments can be a few days late if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. Please give the delivery process more time. We will call or email you if there will be a major delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order(s) are calculated and displayed at the checkout. The cost of shipping ranges from INR 70-120, depending on your location.

The average time it takes for us to deliver the order is given below:

Within New Delhi: 24-48 hours

Rest of the States/Union Territories: 3-4 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed, you receive a confirmation via email. All orders contain tracking information upon being shipped, which is included in the shipping confirmation emails that are sent after shipping of the order.

Please allow 24 hours for order processing and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Order modifications such as size changes or product changes are subject to product availability. Please confirm all order details are correct before checking out.
